All of our Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. maintenance and repair staff have been trained in Germany to ensure that the quality and service our clients have come to expect for nearly half a century is maintained throughout the lifespan of every product we deliver.

The Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. administrative team assists with quotes, invoicing, and the shipment of all products and parts, directly from our Detroit-based warehouse. All standard and special cups (jars) are locally sourced in the U.S. to shorten delivery time and conform to American measurements, sizes and standards.

Born and raised in Italy, Davide spent most of his career in the U.S. working in management positions for German companies in the automotive industry. In 2020 he set out to establish and grow Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. team. He currently leads the organization, maintaining the client care and high quality that are synonymous with Hauschild SpeedMixer®.

Davide holds a Master in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Business Administration from University of Michigan.

In his personal time, he loves being a parent and playing with his kids. As time permits during the winter season, he competes in alpine ski masters races and coaches a ski team.

With a background in Applied Physics and Nanotechnology, Ian has been contributing to the advancement of materials, as well as processing, testing, and characterization methodologies for over 20 years. For the past 10+ years, Hauschild has counted on Ian to identify and conquer industry-specific material processing challenges with their development team.

The revolutionary solutions that Ian and the Hauschild SpeedMixer® team have produced have served industries including Adhesives & Sealants, Inks, Paints & Coatings, Aerospace & Defense, Cosmetics & Personal Care, LEDs, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Cannabis, Batteries, Medical Devices, 3D printing, Composites, Explosives & Energetic Materials, Nanomaterials, Ceramics, Foods, Toys and more.

Shane brings over 20 years of advanced materials processing experience in multiple industries and almost 15 years working specifically with the Hauschild SpeedMixer. Specializing in highly filled epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone, Shane has extensive experience with formulating and handling polyurethanes.

Shane received a B.S. in Biology from San Diego State University. He started his polymer research and development with Callaway Golf and has held management roles in prototype development, new product introductions, and production scale up.

Shane lives in Cardiff by the Sea, CA, where he enjoys his family and time spent in and around the ocean.

Kyle maintains and supports all Hauschild SpeedMixer machines located in the United States and serves as our Inventory Manager for our U.S.-based Hauschild Speedmixer, Inc. location.

Specializing in software, Kyle received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, where he also managed the school’s computer hardware repair shop. Kyle’s vast experience also extends to custom home building, making him ideally suited for any Hauschild SpeedMixer® industry-specific customization.

Kyle enjoys travel and providing excellent service for his customers.

Bardha Kadi works within the Hauschild SpeedMixer, Inc. administrative team where she assists with purchase orders, estimates, and seamless distribution.

Bardha graduated from the University of Tirana, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Bardha was born and raised in Tirana, Albania and moved to Michigan in 2017. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
